The Novato Youth Center is seeking two teen board members to be successors to our current two graduating seniors.
Cristina Crawley and Brad Walchli have been full voting teen board members on the Center's Board of Directors for the past two years. We wish them well as they head off to college in the fall. Having the youth voice at our Board of Directors' level is critical to our work.
If you know of an incoming high school junior currently attending a Novato high school, please let them know about this unique opportunity. Click here to download the teen board member expectations and volunteer application.

Applications are due by Feb. 28 and interviews will follow in March. Volunteer duties begin June 1. Teen board members can expect to volunteer 2 to 4 hours per month and board meetings typically occur on the first Wednesday of each month from 5-7 p.m. The volunteer term for teen board members is a minimum of a one year period.
This is an excellent opportunity for those teens wanting to give back to the Novato community while developing their college application portfolio. Visit www.novatoyouthcenter.org for more information about the Novato Youth Center.
