Volunteers needed

Would you like to support your community and have fun at the same time?

The Hodgepodge Thrift Shop in Old Town Novato, operated by Hospice by the Bay, needs volunteers a few hours a week.  If you enjoy providing excellent customer service in an upbeat and pleasant atmosphere, and you desire to be part of a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, this could be a match for you.  We provide excellent training for reliable and
professional  individuals who wish to support Hospice by the Bay.
 Some retail experience is preferred, though
not required - a positive attitude is a plus. Volunteer shifts are morning or afternoon, 3-4 hours per week, Monday - Saturday.

Proceeds from the Thrift Shop directly benefit the Patient Care Programs Hospice by the Bay provides to over 3000 patients and families annually in Marin, San Francisco, Northern San Mateo, and Sonoma counties, regardless of ability to pay. Quality end-of-life care
and grief support has been the core of this organization for over forty years.
