Bound4College, a college counseling company, announced today that they will be partnering with the San Rafael Chamber to celebrate and commemorate the grand opening and ribbon cutting of their new location at 101 Lucas Valley Road, Suite 330 in San Rafael. The celebration is set for Thursday, October 17, 2013, at 5:00pm.
