We’re excited to welcome this local chef with a unique flair incorporating global flavors and ingredients to create a fresh profile for familiar foods. The Fresh Starts crew made a test batch of the cookies this week from Eric’s menu – intriguing and delicious!
A cookbook author and instructor who lived more than a decade in Japan, Eric will offer ideas for highlighting your dishes with tea in several variations. The recipes will feature tea from Eric’s own stock as well as The Republic of Tea, a local Novato company with global products – thank you for supporting us!
