Couple Found Dead In Novato Identified
Novato police and the Marin County Sheriff's Office are not releasing the cause and manner of their deaths.

NOVATO, CA -- The Marin County Sheriff's Office has identified a man and a woman who were found dead in a Novato apartment Monday as Jacqueline Mirtala Reales, 31, and her husband Jose Arturo Reales, 29, both of Novato.
Novato police and the Marin County Sheriff's Office are not releasing the cause and manner of their deaths.
The sheriff's office said there is no evidence other people were involved in the couple's deaths.

Novato police went to the apartment in the 1500 block of Hill Road for a welfare check around 9 a.m. Monday after family members said Jacqueline Reales had not returned phone calls since Saturday, police Lt. Sasha D'Amico said.
When no one answered the door, officers entered the apartment and found the deceased couple inside. Police have not said if the couple lived together.

Autopsies have been scheduled and the cause and manner of death will be pending toxicology test results, according to the sheriff's office.
