Drivers Asked To Avoid Novato Intersection Due To Suspected DUI Crash
BREAKING: Police are asking drivers to avoid the intersection of Ignacio Boulevard and Enfrente Road until 8 a.m. Tuesday due to a crash.

NOVATO, CA – Police on Tuesday asked drivers in Novato to avoid the intersection of Ignacio Boulevard and Enfrente Road until 8 a.m. due to a suspected DUI crash.
According to the Novato Police Department, a driver was traveling east in the westbound lanes of Ignacio Boulevard when her vehicle hit a traffic signal. The traffic signal is flashing red and poses a significant delay for the morning commute, police said.
Novato police responded to the scene around 3:15 a.m. Caltrans crews were expected to be on the scene by 5:30 a.m. to make repairs.

Following an investigation, police arrested 19 year-old Alannah Caldera, who was booked into the Marin County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence.
