Chefs Rocky Packard, Jacques Kirk and Luis Realpozo -- the talented culinary team at Homeward Bound of Marin -- draw on global influences while leading guests through a menu of tasty items that can be adapted to your favorite ingredients at home:

    * Taquitos with chicken and chipotle crema
    * Mini twice-baked potatoes with home-style fixings
    * Plantain gaufrettes with shrimp and mango

The class begins in the demonstration kitchen for techniques and tips on preparing the ingredients. Then guests will move to the training kitchen for hands-on practice before sampling their wares.
