CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) Basic Training

Have you ever wondered if you would be able to put out a fire using a fire extinguisher? Or know how to splint a broken arm? Have you wondered how that regular guy actually lifted a refridgerator off an injured person? Join us in the next CERT Basic Training and learn about suppressing fires,first aid , light search & rescue, cribing  and working as a team in an emergency.


 Community Emergency Response Team (CERT)is a national program, now part of Citizens Corp under FEMA. CERTs are volunteers who have gone through a training process that enables them to participate in the public safety response in a communtiy following a large scale emergency or disaster. Register online at www.marincountycert.org through paypal or print the form & mail it in with a check. Call 415-485-3409 for questions.
