An Asian Art Museum docent will take visitors on a journey from the birth and rise of the Qin Empire to the life and rule of the First Emperor, his quest for immortality, and his death, burial, and complex legacy. The Asian Art Museum exhibit features many rare objects from one of the greatest archaeological discoveries of our time, and includes 10 of China’s Terracotta Warriors. The docent will explain why the warriors were created and their purpose.
