Nature Poetry Workshop at Novato Library

This poetry reading and workshop will focus on celebrating nature, from rock to plant to animal to the interwoven web of it all. Terri Glass will read from her book, The Song of Yes and share some of her favorite nature poetry from Mary Oliver to John Muir. Afterwards, Terri will engage the audience to create their own poem to celebrate an aspect of nature of their choosing. People may also share what they have written or bring their favorite nature writing to read aloud. This event is sponsored by Poets & Writers.
