Tai Chi at MarinMOCA

A beginning Tai chi class is offered to members of Marin MOCA, members of the Novato Arts Center and nearby residents.

Gloria has studied tai chi for twenty years and taught for ten of those years at the San Anselmo Recreation Center, Piedmont Adult School, and Oakland Adult Education. This is a class for beginners. Warm-ups will begin each class and the tai chi principles will be emphasized as we learn the sequence of the Special Short Form as developed by H.H. Lui.
