Last Christmas, I held my first Toy Drive to benefit UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital. My heart goes out to children who are required to spend the holidays in the hospital, away from their home and families. I wanted to help in some way.
I’ve always thought the purpose in one’s life is to make a difference, be productive and useful and in return one shall be happy. I believe the Novato community does just that. I’ve seen how this community is caring and giving and always willing to share to help others in need.
This year, Finnegan’s Marin has graciously agreed to co-host the toy drive with me and I know their involvement will be an intricate part in making this year’s toy drive a huge success. Hope to see many of you there on the evening of December 8th!"
