Weight Loss Group

The Weight Loss Group is led by the dynamic Heather Hartley.  The program includes a meal plan and recipes; Weekly meetings; Handouts; Measurements before and after; Exercise plan; and Email correspondence.  One of the hardest things about losing weight is doing it on your own!  Now you have a group and a leader to help you succeed.
