Retirement Community in San Rafael is seeking an Experienced Janitor. This Janitor will be responsible for the Janitorial need inside and outside of the buildings assigned by the Supervisor. The Janitor is responsible for a variety of general cleaning tasks including: Vacuums furniture, floors, drapes and carpets Dusting high areas such as ceiling fans, and mirror tracks Assists with daily cleaning duties in residential apartments as necessary: bathrooms, kitchens, and other assignments Carpet maintenance Floor maintenance Elevator maintenance Emergency clean- up as requested The perfect candidate will have PREVIOUS JANITORIAL EXPERIENCE and pass a background check along with fingerprinting!
