Grass Fire Reported Off Highway 101 In Marin

MARIN COUNTY, CA – A small grass fire sparked Wednesday in Marin County. The blaze broke out off southbound Highway 101, near Olompali State Historic Park in Novato, according to the California Highway Patrol's incident log.

The fire was first reported at 11:54 a.m., according to the CHP. Multiple callers reported seeing flames in the center divider and smoke in the area.

Firefighters were called to the scene, the CHP reported.

No other information was immediately available.
