Injury Crash Closes Highway 37 Near Marin-Sonoma County Line
The highway was closed in both directions.
NORTH BAY, CA – A medical helicopter responded Tuesday to a two-vehicle crash on eastbound state Route 37, just west of state Route 121 near the Marin-Sonoma county line, according to the California Highway Patrol's Marin office.
The accident between a box truck and a blue sedan was reported around 2:15 p.m. A CHP dispatcher said a medical helicopter responded for a person in the sedan, but no information was immediately available on the extent of injuries.
SR-37 was closed in both directions. By 4:15 p.m., all lanes were reopened, according to the CHP.

Authorities said motorists should expect delays in the area.
TRAFFIC ALERT: SR-37 west of SR-121 is closed in both directions due to injury collision on the westbound side. Our helicopter has landed on the eastbound side for medical assistance. Unknown ETO at this time. Expect delays.
