Have you ever thought you would like to Learn to Quilt? Novato's newest quilt store, Quilt Elegance, is starting classes. The first in a series of four classes begins on July 13, 2013 at 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm. Terry Giancaspro will teach all the basics and soon you will have your first quilt. The class is filling up.
