'Loud Party' Call Ends in Novato Social Host Ordinance Ticket: Police

Police officers say they found numerous juveniles at the party where alcohol was being served.

NOVATO, CA — Police officers cited the host of a party Saturday night in Novato when they learned she was serving alcohol with juveniles present, police said.

Around 9 p.m., Novato police patrol officers responded to 72 Stasia Drive after receiving several complaints of a loud party. At the scene, officers located and contacted numerous juveniles at the home and in the surrounding area.

The officers determined that alcohol was being consumed at the home. The host of the party, Kimrose Lundberg, was subsequently issued a citation for violating the Novato Social Host Ordinance.
