The CHP received a report around 2 p.m. about an overturned tanker near McEvoy Ranch, but it was determined to be a refrigerator truck hauling groceries, CHP Officer Andrew Barclay said.
The CHP initially shut down one lane of the road and allowed one-way traffic through the area. When a big-rig arrived around 3 p.m., the CHP shut down both lanes of the road while the truck was brought back up onto the road, Barclay said.
