MARIN CHRISTIAN ACADEMY AND NORTH BAY CHRISTIAN ACADEMY JOIN CAMPUSES

Novato, CA – Marin Christian Academy and North Bay Christian Academy, both dually accredited by ACSI and WASC, will combine their campuses starting in the 2016/2017 school year to provide a continuum of quality education and academic excellence from preschool through high school. The two schools, less than ½ mile from each other in central Novato, see the partnership as an ideal match to best serve students and families in the greater North Bay. All K-8 classes will be held at the Marin Christian Academy campus and North Bay Christian Academy will run the High School at their campus. Joint efforts will result in an average student to teacher ratio of 14:1 for each grade.

Brian Niehausen, Principal at North Bay Christian Academy, sees tremendous potential for a dedicated High School campus. Regarding the collaboration, Brian said, “Partnering together was an ideal fit for both schools and allows us to expand our successful high school. We already have over a 95% college acceptance rate over the last twelve years, and this move allows us to grow our student body. We are truly excited to see what God has in store for both our communities.”

Marin Christian Academy’s Principal, Christopher Mychajluk, is excited to grow the partnership between the two schools. “We have had a long history of working together,” said Christopher, “and by formally joining campuses and classes, we can better serve the community with quality, private education and class sizes that have been proven to be the most effective.”

Registration is now open for Noah’s Ark Preschool (2-TK) and K-8 classes at Marin Christian Academy and the 9-12 High School at North Bay Christian Academy for the 16/17 school year. Tours are also available by appointment.
