Marin Physician Honored With Lifetime Achievement Award

NOVATO, CA —A physician who was served Marin County for more than 40 years, J. David Andrew, was honored last weekend with a honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award from Meritage Medical Network for his commitment to the practice of medicine over his distinguished career.

The Lifetime Achievement Award celebrates Meritage members for their accomplishments in medicine over a lifetime. The award was presented to Dr. Andrew at Meritage’s annual physician event on Sunday, Oct. 2.

Dr. Andrew has served as medical director of Meritage, the Novato-based award-winning physician-run network of 700 board-certified physicians that service nearly half a million residents in Marin, Sonoma and Napa counties, since 1998. Over the years, his leadership has contributed greatly to the organization’s continued growth and success. He has also worked at Marin General Hospital, specializing in family medicine, since 1977, and is still a practicing physician in Greenbrae.
