Michael Savage on the missing Malaysian airliner

The missing Malaysian plane is the Titanic event of our generation--------------- Dr. Savage lashed out at Obama and the first lady for their indifference to the fate of the missing Malaysia Airlines plane.  How is it possible, Savage wonders, that we live in a world in which every inch is under surveillance by satellites, yet we can't locate this airliner? Furthermore, the "so-called leaders of the free world" haven't uttered a word of concern or condolence to the families of the missing passengers.  "We have a missing airplane with hundreds of people gone, yet we haven't heard one word from the 'compassionate' Obama or his wife, the great humanitarian," said Savage, adding: No, she's off on another junket, with the daughters and her mother, no less.  We all know that plane didn't just disappear.  Common sense would dictate that they know where this plane is, but they aren't telling us. This is the Titanic event of our lifetime, yet the differences are overwhelming.  Here we are in the age of total surveillance, but the so-called leaders of the world won't tell us where the plane and its passengers are. Instead, the president of the United States goes golfing then appears on some insignificant bearded clown's Internet show and says nothing.  Once again, we've fallen into the trap of over-relying on technology. At the same time, we've been forced to accept total government surveillance.  In a world that has been Google-Mapped, interconnected and put under constant watch from one corner of the globe to the other, our so-called leaders can't or won't tell us where this plane is.
