Middle School Professional Presentation Day

Students at Marin Christian Academy are in the process of creating their personal portfolios that simulate a professional portfolio like someone would present at a job interview.

Marin Christian Academy invites business professionals from the community to look over, evaluate the portfolios of five-six
students and listen to a five-minute presentation from each student. The
activity of presenting their portfolio to someone within the community teaches
them many valuable communication skills.  

There is also time provided for each facilitator to share with the students what it means to be a businessperson in our community and how they can prepare
themselves to function successfully in our society.
