Those were some of the questions I had when a neighbor erected an unusual antenna and had it pointed directly at apartment I was living in.

It was only a matter of weeks before I began to experience severe orthopedic pain, loud ringing in my ears, and unusual body heating. So I took picture of neighbor's antenna and began to investigate. Nonetheless, as my physical health began to deteriorated and the loud ringing in my ears became consistent, I asked Novato Police to investigate, which they have failed to do. They knocked on the neighbors door, got no answer, and haven't pursued it any further. This was concerning. No one should have military phase array antenna at their home, and no one wants one of those pointed directly at their residence.

In speaking to other people in apartment building, I became aware of other neighbors who were experiencing the same thing, ringing in the ears and orthopedic pain. Informing Novato Police and District Attorney Frugoli, several times about that has had no impact what so ever. Essentially, the failure of City and County public employees working in criminal investigations has led to allowing mass attacks on people, by way of electronic weapons.

The Police and District attorney need to seriously consider the evidence. Electronic weapons are real, and they are the perfect way to attack people with little evidence of their use. Unlike a mass shooting involving bullets from high power rifle, electronic weapons are silent and only leave evidence of their use on the victim.

Marin County is a very small County in terms of population and land area. Phase array antenna located at 1025 Eight Street Novato, is probably the only one in entire County.
