Novato Man Pleads Not Guilty To Driving Truck Into Bicyclists
Aaron Michael Paff, 21, allegedly drove a truck into a group of bicyclists on Point Reyes-Petaluma Road in unincorporated Marin County.

MARIN COUNTY, CA – A Novato man pleaded not guilty in Marin County Superior Court Wednesday to four felony counts of hit-and-run causing injury or death.
Aaron Michael Paff, 21, allegedly drove a Dodge Ram truck into a group of bicyclists on Point Reyes-Petaluma Road in unincorporated Marin County on Oct. 7.
Four injured bicyclists were taken to hospitals and survived, CHP Officer Andrew Barclay said. Witnesses said the truck driver appeared to swerve to the right and intentionally drive into the bicyclists, according to
the CHP.

Tips from the public about the truck led to the identification of Paff as the alleged driver who fled the scene, Barclay said. CHP officials said officers allegedly found the damaged truck in Paff's driveway.
Paff's preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 22.
