Novato Man Violated City's 'Social Host Ordinance': Police
Police say the man was cited over the weekend for hosting a party with underage drinking.
NOVATO, CA- A man was cited for violating city municipal codes and a social host ordinance in Novato over the weekend, police report.
Glenn Lundberg, 53, was contacted by police at 9:41 p.m. Saturday at his home located in the 1400 block of Indian Valley Road, where he was apparently hosting a party.
According to a police statement, "...the investigation revealed that the party had included alcoholic beverages being provided to, and consumed by, minors."

Lundberg was cited for violating Novato's municipal code 14-6.3, police said.
"The Novato Police Department strictly enforces alcohol violations to ensure the safety of minors and the community," police said.
