Novato Toyota Steps Up for Marin Charity

Two local businesses have combined to help put a Marin County mom in need in the driver's seat.

Working together in support of a Marin charity, Novato Toyota and Crebassa's Auto Body donated a 1997 Honda Civic to an expectant mom earlier this week, the Novato Advance reports.

The donation was arranged through a partnership with Center for Domestic Peace, a San Rafael-based group providing resources for domestic violence victims and their families.  

Novato has contributed a donated vehicle to this group each of the last five years, the Advance reports.
