Meet the Team!
Hello NUSD!
My name is Amanda Davis. I am eagerly looking forward to co-principaling at both Olive Elementary and NUSD Virtual Learning Academy
Hello prospective NUSD Virtual Learning Academy students and families!
I would like to introduce myself, I am Elizabeth Sesma-Olinyk, and I have been principal of Olive School for nearly eight years. During this time, I have built and supported a very diverse community of learners; diverse language needs, socioeconomic needs, and academic needs and that is why being part of this amazing new program is so exciting. We will be bringing students together from across the district to learn in a whole new way. I began my career as a special education teacher and have been a principal since 2007. These experiences have taught me to be patient, be a listener, and be open to new ideas.
I look forward to this upcoming year as the co-principal with Ms. Amanda Davis.
Sincerely, Elizabeth Sesma-Olinyk
