"Spring has arrived and with the arrival of spring we will resume some activities and procedures we dropped last spring when the pandemic began. NUSD will celebrate the Novato Inspirational Student Awards (NISA) for 5th, 8th and 12th grade students. VLA will select two 5th grade students for this award separate from their VLA school placement. We are truly excited to celebrate our outstanding VLA students. The state assessment CAASPP will resume in a brief form for our students. We are currently working on how to administer the state test for our VLA students and will update you late with the specific information.
