Novato Woman Cited After Noise Complaint, Minors Allegedly Drinking
A Novato woman was cited over the weekend after police say they found she was hosting a loud party where minors were drinking alcohol.
NOVATO, CA - A Novato woman was cited Saturday night after police say they found she was hosting a loud party where minors were drinking alcohol.
At around 11:34 p.m., police responded to the 1200 block of Cambridge Street after receiving a complaint about a loud party.
The host, Cindy Runco, was cited on suspicion of violating Novato's social host ordinance.

"The Novato Police Department strictly enforces alcohol violations to ensure the safety of minors and the community," Novato police Sgt. Blake Dunbar said in a statement.
