Novato Woman Injured In Suspected DUI Crash

NOVATO, CA – A Novato woman who suffered major injuries in a three-vehicle crash in Napa County on Wednesday night was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Tracy Bell Redig, 63, of Novato, was driving a 2017 Lexus north on state Highway 121 north of Haire Lane east of Sonoma around 9:10 p.m., CHP Officer Marc Renspurger said.
Redig's Lexus drifted into the southbound lane of Highway 121 and collided with a 2009 Toyota driven by a 30-year-old Santa Rosa resident. The Toyota then collided with a 2015 Honda driven by a 39-year-old Napa resident, Renspurger said.

The collisions closed the highway for about 90 minutes.
Redig was taken to the Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa, where she was arrested on suspicion of DUI.

The Toyota driver suffered moderate injuries and was taken to Queen of the Valley Medical Center. The Honda driver was not injured, Renspurger said.
