Dear NUSD Community,

There were a few updates from Marin Public Health and Governor Newsom this past week.  Here’s a recap:

  • NUSD Vaccination Rates Dashboard https://nusd.org/vaccination-rates-dashboard/
    • Represents information near the end of September.
    • Staff vaccination rates include staff who have not yet reported their status as of 9/27/21. Human Resources is working on getting the status on those outstanding staff members.
    • Student vaccination rates are self-reported, and schools will be updating this % is the coming weeks.
    • The Dashboard will be updated monthly.

Reminders:

  • Please stay home if you or your student are experiencing any symptoms.
  • Get tested as soon as possible and stay home until you have the results.
  • For students and staff, please let the school know of the results.
  • Here is a link to testing sites in Marin County https://coronavirus.marinhhs.org/testing.
  • Each school has a supply of Binax Rapid Antigen Tests that can be used for symptomatic students and staff. Please contact the principal or office manager at your school for more information.
