1 Hospitalized In Novato Shooting, Shelter-In-Place Ordered As Police Search For Suspects
A helicopter and drone team were assisting as officers search for the suspects, police said.
NOVATO, CA — Police said they are searching for suspects who were involved in a shooting that left at least one person injured Tuesday morning in Novato.
Police said the shooting occurred on the 400 block of Alameda del Prado Tuesday morning in Novato and the suspects were still at large as of 11:35 a.m.
Police ordered residents on Calle Arboleda and Alameda del Prado to shelter-in-place. Residents were asked to lock their doors and avoid the area if they are not already at home.

Police closed Alameda del Prado from Ignacio Boulevard to Posada Del Sol.
Officers from the Novato Police Department, Marin County Sheriff's Office, and Marin CHP were on scene searching for those involved. A large presence of emergency vehicles and personnel remained in the area.
