Police Arrest 3 In Novato For Probation Violations

NOVATO, CA – Three people were arrested Thursday in Novato for violating their probations after law enforcement officers conducted a probation compliance operation.

Police officers assigned to the Novato Response Team partnered with the Marin County Coordination of Probation Enforcement to conduct compliance checks at the homes of Marin County probationers living in Novato.

Compliance check operations ensure that probationers are obeying the terms of their probations.

According to police, during the operation, officers conducted checks on 10 probationers. Of the ten people contacted, three were arrested for violating the terms of their probations. The probationers arrested were
identified as Novato residents Janet Beaudoin, 61, Michael Morgan, 28, and Shiloh Cokinos, 36.
