Remembering Declaration Of Independence

July 4th 2026 is the two hundred fifty year observance of the document a group of people living on East Coast of United States sent to the King of England, informing him they would no longer follow his laws. It is within the spirit of those people that we should consider adding to, the original Declaration of Independence, as a result of our current living conditions. The 2026 proposed Declaration of Independence reads as follows:

When, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, a respect of mankind requires they declare the causes which impel them to separation.

These truths are self-evident, all men are created equal, they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights of life, and amongst these rights are; food, water, security, liberty, education, and the pursuit of happiness. To secure some of these rights, governments, people, working as public employees, deriving their powers from the consent of the governed, were instituted among men.

Whenever public employees in government become destructive to basic human rights, it is the duty of the people to change those public employees in government and install new public employees in government most likely to secure those unalienable rights.

Such is now the case of the American people, who have been suffering under the current public employees of government, necessitating a change of some members of the United States government at the State and Federal level.

The history of the present Congress of the United States is a history of repeated injuries to the American people and Constitution of the United States, having a direct object of an absolute tyranny over citizens of the United States. To prove this, these facts are submitted to the World.

Since the year 1929, the House of Representatives in the United States Congress has refused to abide by Article One of the Constitution, whereby the House shall have One Senator for every group of thirty thousand United States Citizens.

Congress and Presidents have created laws that allow or encourage the poisoning of our food and water, causing injury and death to Millions of American Citizens. Amongst these poisons is Glyphosate, which government agencies created to protect us from harm, allow Glyphosate to be in food United States Citizens eat. Public employees at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Center for Decease Control (CDC), have allowed food manufacturing companies to put Glyphosate and other injurious chemicals in food, causing death and injury to Millions of United States Citizens.

Congress has refused to follow their Oath of Office to Support and Defend the Constitution of the United States, against State laws, ordinance, rule, regulations, and mandates.

Congressmen have gathered annually in Sonoma County California, distant from the depository of their public records, for the sole purpose of Celebrating not caring, using effigy of Child and tossing it into fire pit to represent destruction of caring.

Congress and the President often are members of a private San Francisco club called the bohemian grove, and they have passed laws dissolving rights of the people to satisfy desires of bohemian grove club members.

Congress and Presidents have created laws allowing Presidents to use the military to fight in other countries without declaring war against those countries.

The judicial employees, have refused to follow their Oath of Office to Support and Defend the Constitution, obstructing basic Constitutional rights, refusing to follow Article VI, whereby the Constitution is the Supreme law of the United States.

Congress and Presidents have created a multitude of new offices, agencies, and departments, to harass American citizens engaging in Constitutional rights.

Congress and Presidents have created laws allowing government agencies to experiment on American Citizens without their consent.

Congress and Presidents have plundered our seas, ravaged our coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people to satisfy members of the bohemian grove club.

The governors and legislature of Many States, have history of repeated injuries to the American People and Constitution of the United States, having a direct object of an absolute tyranny over citizens of the United States.

In every stage of these oppressions, we have petitioned for redress, in the most humble terms. Our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury.

Government public employees whose character is marked by every act which may define a tyrant, are unfit to be government public employees of a free society.

We the people of the United States of America, Must Assemble, appealing to the World for the rectitude of our intentions, in the name and by authority of the people of these United States, to publish and declare that we hereby remove everyone working as a public employee in government, who is or was associated with the San Francisco bohemian grove club in any way, from government office, and replace them with non associated bohemian grove club members.

We hope to take such action in a peaceful way to secure the laws of nature and nature’s God which entitled us to living life, eating natural foods, drinking clean water, having liberty, security, as a human being.

The people of the United States ought to be free and independent, absolved from the control the bohemian grove club has had over us, by means of it's members occupying the highest public employee jobs in State and Federal government.

The control of the United States government by members of the bohemian grove club is dissolved.

With a firm reliance on the Oath of office of every police officer, military soldier, State and Federal public employee who is not a member of the bohemian grove club, and not associated with it, nor their family associated with it, we ask for support in the removal from office of every bohemian grove member in State and Federal government of the United States.

We mutually pledge to each other our human dignity, our honor, to remove all bohemian grove club members from public employee jobs in every Federal and State job in the United States government. Decided today, in the month of ____, in the year ______, we begin the action stated herein this Declaration of Independence, supported and based on the principles of the creation of the United States in the year 1776, with the Original Declaration of Independence.
