Reminder: Novato to Hold Public Workshop on Bel Marin Keys Master Plan​

NOVATO, CA – The city of Novato will hold a public workshop Thursday on potential revisions to the Bel Marin Keys Industrial Parks Master Plan.

The plan is intended to accommodate biotech and life science businesses. Zoning revisions could allow increased building heights, increased floor area-to-parcel ratios and modified parking standards for sites designated by the Novato City Council as biotech or life science campuses.

The workshop is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at the Hamilton Community Center, located at 503 South Palm Drive in Novato.
