Rocker Terry Dolan of Terry & the Pirates Fame Dies
Former hippie formed band in 1973 and it lasted on and off into the late 1990s.
Terry Dolan, leader of the Bay Area rock band Terry & the Pirates for more than a quarter century, has died at his Novato home, according to a story in music writer Paul Liberatore.
According to the IJ, a memorial service set for 11 a.m. Thursday at at 1806 Novato Blvd.
