Verizon Wants to Renovate Novato Store
Exterior remodel proposal will go before Design Review Commission on Feb. 20.

Verizon would like to revamp its store at the Vintage Oaks Shopping Center in Novato, and the Novato Design Review Commission plans to scrutinize the plans during its meeting Feb. 20.
The proposal is for Verizon Wireless store, which sits on the northwestern edge of the shopping center, to retain the footprint of the current 6,400-square-foot store. The plans call for an exterior remodel, which was rejected by the Design Review Commission in August 2012. The applicants have returned and requested a workshop format to discuss revisions to the original plans.
The meeting will be at Novato City Hall at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 20.
