Come take a journey deep into your hips. We will explore creating opening around the full circumference of the hip socket and the compartments of the legs. In today’s society it’s extremely common to be tight in the hips. The daily routines that we take for granted are major contributors to the tightness and restrictions that we feel in our hips and back. (i.e. sitting, driving, walking, running, biking) By working through the deeper layers of muscular tension and holding patterns, you’ll leave feeling a wonderful sense of freedom in the hips and pelvis. Your lower back and neck will release and your whole body will feel rejuvenated and restored. It’s amazing how free you’ll feel in your body by letting go of the hips. Let’s have some fun!
