Your storage space rental starts on the day you move in, i.e. you move in on the 15th, your next month's space rental is due on the 15th. There is a one-time administration fee of only $15. No deposits are required. You may provide your own disc type lock or purchase one from us for only about $10. This is just another way of providing protection for our tenants.
