Another Attempt To Take Over A State Park
In reply to Patch article "Take San Clemente Toll Road Trek In September"

Excuse me! If this toll road is built, it will take over 60% of a state park and ruin one of the west coast's last natural watersheds. Why would walking the route for this toll road change 2 water board denials for it to be built, and the fact that THIS IS A STATE PARK TAKEOVER!!??
There were other alternate routes, but the developers have been waiting since 2008 to set up retail and businesses off every proposed off ramp of this $15 each way toll road. Developers can't develop new retail stores and businesses in alternate routes suggested for the toll road. They are already developed. Who cares if this route involves TAKING OVER A STATE PARK and setting a precedent for take overs of public lands and state parks throughout the country. The TCA got to Darrell Issa and now he wants to overturn the denials of the San Diego Water Board..like they didn't know what they were doing when they denied this toll road..TWICE.
