The California Surf Museum (in collaboration with Oceanside Theatre Company) will host a Big Wednesday screening of The Rising Dawn, a documentary exploring the emerging surf culture of Côte d’Ivoire and the story of pioneering surfer Souleymane Sidibé, at the historic Sunshine Brooks Theater in Oceanside. The evening will include a film screening, Q&A panel, and audience gathering centered on surf history, culture, and international storytelling.
