OCEANSIDE, CA — Looking to plunge into the New Year? Camp Pendleton's Annual Polar Bear Plunge is January 1, 2022.
Take a "quick-dip" in the Pacific Ocean to celebrate the New Year. Costumes encouraged, bring the entire family and meet out in front of Ramones Cantina & Grill. Plunge is set to take off at Noon.
Each year, more than 300 service members and their families gather for food, music, raffles and the ocean plunge organized by Marine Corps Community Services Camp Pendleton Aquatics to welcome the new year.
