This car thief was photographed stealing a car at 3:42 AM in the Community of Peacock Hills on December 6th by an Owl Dash Cam. If you see him in your neighborhood or recognize him, please call the Oceanside Police Department immediately at 760-435-4911. The case number is 18018350 and the vehicle has not been recovered and is a white 2013 Mercedes C250. The sedan is easily identifiable by front and rear mud flaps, an all white bumper and tinted rear windows.
