City of Oceanside Sewer Spills into Private Residences/Businesses

Has a sewage spill from a City of Oceanside sewer line overflowed into your home and ruined it? Have you tried to sell your home and after disclosing the sewer spill, found that no one wanted to buy it? Did the City refuse to repair your home, but told you to spray some bleach on the floor and walls and that would take care of it?
