Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Independent Broker Associate Designated as Certified International Property Specialist

Sara Bussiere, a Realtor® and Independent Broker Associate affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Carlsbad office, has received the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) title. This designation, which is recognized by the National Association of Realtors, identifies Bussiere as not only having completed the required courses but also as having exemplified considerable experience in international business.

“International transactions are significantly different and more complex than domestic deals,” Bussiere said. “Because of these nuances, it is essential to work with a knowledgeable and trusted professional.”

The National Association of Realtors presented Bussiere with this career accomplishment, welcoming her to join the approximate 2,000 other international property professionals that have earned the CIPS title. Bussiere will also be recognized at the National Association of Realtors Convention in New Orleans, which will take place in November.

Bussiere also holds her Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI), which nationally recognizes recipients as having taken courses and developed an understanding of the real estate industry.
