The Veterans Association of North County is doing a fundraiser at the Outback Steakhouse in Oceanside on March 24, 2012. There are two seatings: 11:30 and 1. Tickets are $20. All proceeds go to the new Veterans Assocation of North County (VANC) Building. They need to raise at least $2 Million dollars to get the building up and running.
