Frontwave Credit Union Offers Aid To Coronavirus-Affected Clients
"Skip-a-pay" and loan extensions are among options for members now struggling in San Diego, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
OCEANSIDE, CA — To assist its members through tough times during the coronavirus pandemic and accompanying shutdowns, Frontwave Credit Union is offering such financial assistance as loan help and extensions, lowered interest rates and deferred payments on vehicle loans and "skip-a-pay" option on qualified loans.
The institution aims to assist families and individuals stay on their feet financially amid the current COVID-19-related challenges, company officials said.
“We recognize that the coronavirus outbreak is impacting many in our community, not just those who become ill, but also families, whose children are out of school, and workers, who have been affected,”said Bill Birnie, Frontwave president and CEO. “We remain 100 percent committed to fighting for our members and helping them maintain financial health as we weather this national health crisis together.”
