Get Your Oceanside Annual Beach Parking Permits Now

OCEANSIDE, CA — The City of Oceanside offers a variety of parking options including permits for permanent residents, beach area residents and preferential parking. These permits provide access to beaches, harbor, and downtown business areas with several conveniently located City parking lots. Please view the Parking Map for locations and guidelines.

The 2021-2022 Annual Beach Parking Permits went on sale in June.
The Annual Beach Permit Program allows patrons to park in designated beach and harbor pay lots without having to pay the parking fees. The cost of the parking permit is $100 for permanent residents and $200 for non-residents. Permits are valid from July 1 through June 30. Beach Area Resident Permit Parking Program
The purpose of the program is to provide residents within the boundaries of the metered area and four-hour parking zones an on-street permit parking alternative. Eligible residents may purchase resident and guest permits at a cost of $10 each. Please read the Resident Permit Parking Rules and Regulations below for eligibility requirement and additional information.

Preferential Parking Permit Program
The purpose of the program is to allow residents that are impacted by correctible parking intrusions to obtain a parking permit. Only residents within an approved Permit Parking Area are eligible to obtain parking permits at a cost of $15 each.
