With autumn’s best produce now available, Giuseppe Restaurants & Fine Catering introduces their exciting new fall Pronto Delivery menu. Standing behind his mantra: “Mangia Bene e Vivi Meglio,” which means, “Eat Well and Live Better,” Chef Giuseppe Ciuffa takes the best produce available throughout San Diego County, while highlighting the season’s best flavors and makes the ingredients shine in every dish.

“As the seasons change, so does our menu, and we’re excited to introduce this new menu highlight the best seasonal produce,” said chef and owner, Giuseppe Ciuffa. “We love continuing to expand our variety of menu items, all with the same great taste and quality customers have come to expect from us.”

The new menu includes expertly prepared entrees made with seasonal ingredients from local purveyors to create an unforgettable meal that suits your personal taste, such as Herb Roasted Chicken with roasted apples, cranberries and pears and Braised Pulled Pork Shoulder with apple cider jus, caramelized onions and local apple chutney. Featured sides include Roasted Tri-Color Cauliflower with garlic confit and sliced toasted almonds, Roasted Yam Pureé with orange zest and cinnamon, Toasted Farro with fall root vegetables, pomegranate and pistachios.
